Often I find myself creating something with the intention of making the piece look interesting, or perfect in its own way. Hoping the the viewer will take from it only my technical skill, nothing more. I know this is not how most see art, but often that is how I feel when I am creating it. I do not usually create with the intention of drawing emotional responses out of my audience, but in some instances I do.
